2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Contact inquiries
We process personal data submitted through our Contact Us form to process and respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract with you.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request or to perform a contract with you.
In all other cases, in particular general business inquiries or inquiries submitted on behalf of an organisation, the processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in receiving, processing and responding to business communications.
Provision and security of the website
When you access our website, technical connection and server log data is processed. This processing serves to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, prevent misuse, and investigate technical or security-related incidents.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and reliable operation of the website and the protection of our IT systems.

4. Recipients and service providers
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited. We have selected a data centre located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as the server location.
Hostinger may engage approved sub-processors in accordance with its data processing agreement.
Email and IT service providers
Data submitted via the Contact Us form may also be processed by our email and IT service providers. These providers act on our behalf under corresponding agreements.
We use Google Workspace, i.e. Gmail, as our email service.
Form processing
Submitted form data is stored and managed using the WordPress plugin Fluent Forms. The plugin runs on our own WordPress installation on the Hostinger server described above.
We do not use a separate external form-processing service.
5. International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular in connection with Hostinger’s sub-processors or the use of Google Workspace, the transfer is carried out on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
These safeguards may in particular include the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.

6. Retention periods
Contact inquiries that do not result in a business relationship are generally deleted no later than twelve months after the inquiry has been concluded.
Where an inquiry results in a contractual or business relationship, the relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of that relationship and thereafter in accordance with applicable statutory retention or limitation periods.
Form entries stored in our website’s Fluent Forms database are automatically deleted after 365 days. This does not apply to copies retained in our email system or business records, where continued retention is necessary for contractual, statutory or evidentiary reasons.
Server-side technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary to ensure the security, stability and integrity of the website, to investigate technical or security-related incidents, or to comply with legal obligations.
The specific retention period depends, in particular, on the type of log, the applicable hosting configuration, and whether the data is required to investigate a technical or security-related incident.
7. Provision of data
Providing the information marked as mandatory in the Contact Us form is necessary for us to process and respond to your inquiry. This concerns:
- first name;
- last name;
- email address;
- the content of your message.
Providing a phone number is voluntary.
You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to provide us with this data. However, without the required contact and inquiry data, we may not be able to process or respond to your inquiry.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the following rights:
- the right to access the personal data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR);
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
- the right to erasure of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR);
- the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR);
- the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
- the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
Where the statutory requirements are met, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to request its transmission to another controller.

11. Cookies and technical connections
Our website does not use cookies or comparable browser-storage technologies.
We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling technologies.
All fonts and script libraries used on this website are hosted on our own server. The website does not automatically load content from third-party servers when accessed.
The website may contain ordinary external links, for example a link to our LinkedIn company page. A connection to the relevant third party is only established when you actively click on that link.
The subsequent processing of your data by that third party is governed by its own privacy policy.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if our processing activities, the technical setup of our website, or the legal requirements change.
