Daniel Rozovsky is a co-founder of Living Stone Immo B.V. and the Credo Group. With a solid foundation in engineering and business, Daniel has held roles such as VP of Investments and Business Development at Odar Group. He brings a wealth of experience in strategic investment and real estate development. Daniel holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Yinon Cohen is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the German market. As the Founder of Credo Group and Co-Founder of Living Stone Immo B.V., he brings deep expertise in investment management and real estate development. Yinon has a strong background in finance as a former banker and licensed investment manager. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and an M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

Shlomo Zohar brings over 30 years of experience in finance and real estate to Living Stone. He has held significant leadership roles, including Vice Chairman of Israel Discount Bank and CEO of A.D.O. Group Ltd., a real estate development company active in Germany. As a Certified Public Accountant, Shlomo has been a founding partner at Zohar, Zohar & Co., CPA, where he specialized in audits, mergers, and acquisitions. His extensive board experience spans numerous private and public companies across sectors, providing a wealth of knowledge in corporate governance and strategic planning. Shlomo holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from McGill University, Canada.

Boaz Peer is a technology executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in the financial services industry. He has co-founded three tech companies, including NICE/Actimize, a global leader in financial crime prevention software. Boaz has also served as a consultant at Citibank’s TLV Innovation Center and is an active real estate investor across the US, Europe, and Israel. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Roy Mashal is a seasoned financial engineer and real estate executive. He holds a PhD in Financial Engineering and Risk Management from Columbia Business School and has a strong background in capital markets, having managed Lehman Brothers’ operations in Israel. Roy leads his family’s single-family office, is an active investor, and serves on the boards of several high-tech startups. He also has experience as a fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force. His academic credentials include a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Jacob Mashal is a seasoned lawyer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and industrial sectors. He has served in various high-level positions, including Vice President of Finance at Shufersal, Israel’s leading supermarket chain, and as a former board member at Bank Leumi, Israel’s largest bank. Jacob also has a rich history in banking, having held the role of Deputy Director of the Banking Department at the Bank of Israel. He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration.
