Hamm Portfolio

A portfolio of 300 apartments in the city of Hamm, divided into two clusters. These clusters are located near the city center and key transport links, yet remain surrounded by green spaces. Hamm, home to approximately 200,000 residents, is situated near Dortmund and offers a wealth of employment opportunities in the surrounding area.

Frintroper/Essen

A residential project with an adjoining medical center, located in the heart of the Frintroper neighborhood in Essen. The property was acquired from the family that originally developed it. Frintroper is a neighborhood in the northwest of Essen, bordering Oberhausen and Bottrop. The medical center sits on the main street, while the residential building is situated behind it, overlooking the green areas surrounding the neighborhood. A newly renovated and expanded school is located nearby.

Marktstrasse/Oberhausen

An impressive early 20th-century building in the Altbau architectural style, featuring high ceilings and, in some apartments, original wooden floors and other period details. The building was acquired from a family who owned and lived in it for several decades. It is located on the main pedestrian street in Oberhausen, with German retail chains occupying the ground floor. In this project, we converted the roof into additional living space, creating four new flats.

Kornerstrasse/Oberhausen

A residential complex in Oberhausen, consisting of X apartments that surround a large, green courtyard in a central location within the city.

Karl-Steinhauer/Oberhausen

Located on a quiet street in a central area, this property comprises a collection of apartments with a dedicated parking area. The front building faces the street, while a rear building—whose ground floor previously housed a business—is currently undergoing conversion to residential use, with permits in progress.

Heissenerstrasse/Mulheim an der Ruhr

This building is situated in the center of Mulheim. The commercial ground floor is partially leased to the local municipality, with the remaining space being converted into residential units. The building was purchased from a family that had owned and lived in it for many years.

Eppinghoferstrasse/Mulheim an der Ruhr

Located on a main street in the Eppinghofer neighborhood of Mulheim, this property features a neighborhood supermarket on the ground floor with residential units above.

Nordsternstrasse/Gelsenkirchen

A residential complex near Nordstern Park, a large green space. Across the street from the park, new single-family homes are being built. The property includes a large lot with parking facilities and was acquired from a family that had owned and lived in the property for many years.

Pferdemarkt/Essen

This building is located in the heart of Essen, on the city’s main pedestrian street and close to Essen University. It was acquired with most units vacant and has since undergone extensive renovations, including apartment interiors, electrical systems, and the installation of a rooftop cellular antenna. Most apartments are rented to students, with some units fully furnished.

Duppersbergstrasse/Wuppertal

This property is located in the center of Wuppertal, a city of around 400,000 residents near Düsseldorf. The building sits along the river that flows through the city, adjacent to the iconic Wuppertal suspended railway station. Formerly used as office space, the property has been renovated and converted into micro-apartments tailored to students attending the local university.

Welperstrasse/Hattingen

A building located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood of Hattingen, yet conveniently close to the city center. Hattingen is a town with 55,000 residents, bordering Essen, Bochum, and Wuppertal, offering easy access to larger cities while maintaining a calm and residential atmosphere.

Gelsenkirchen Portfolio

A collection of several buildings, each with 10 to 20 flats, strategically located throughout the city of Gelsenkirchen. These buildings were carefully selected for their potential to increase rental income and optimize tenant arrangements, offering promising growth opportunities within the portfolio.

Business Park/Gelsenkirchen

A modern office building on the border of Essen, Bochum, and Gelsenkirchen. 75% of the building is leased to a subsidiary of a major German public company, with another floor leased to Bosch, and the top floor housing a Regus co-working space.

Vohmwinklerstrasse/Wuppertal

A former textile factory in the Vohmwinkel neighborhood of Wuppertal, this building was converted into office space and served as the headquarters for the city’s Sparkasse bank for many years. It has since been renovated, with half of the property leased long-term to the City of Wuppertal, while the rest is rented out to various tenants. The building was acquired from the family that originally owned the textile factory.

Essen Bank Branches Portfolio

This portfolio consists of 4 bank branches and 2 complete buildings, totaling 6 branches leased to Volksbank GENO (Essen) under long-term agreements. The properties are strategically located around Essen, with the primary asset being an office and medical building situated in the heart of the Steele neighborhood in Essen.
